After accumulating over 25 years of extensive retail management experience across a diverse range of levels and formats at prominent companies such as Marks and Spencer, Tesco, and JD Sports, I am now leveraging the invaluable skills and insights I've gained from this industry and combining them with my deep knowledge and expertise in the health and fitness sector. Now moving into the industry in 2025 I will be establishing a strong reputation not only as a dedicated Personal Trainer but also as a sustainable health coach who is committed to helping others achieve their wellness goals.

In August 2023, I hit a turning point in my life. I was severely obese due to poor diet choices, heavy drinking, lack of exercise, and mental health struggles, which affected both my work and family life. I made two key decisions to turn things around. First, I created rules for a healthier lifestyle focusing on:

  • Sleep and Recovery

  • Nutrition

  • Strength and Fitness

  • Philosophy and Mental Awareness

Second, I set a goal that has become my greatest passion outside of family: completing an Ironman Full Distance Triathlon.

My personal guidelines have helped me adapt and make changes over the past 14 months. I've tested different methods and found what suits me, which has allowed me to:

  • Lose 40 kilos by following a healthy diet.

  • Get over 50 hours of sleep and recovery each week.

  • Stick to a structured training plan, averaging 12 hours a week for my Triathlon training with Brownlee Fitness Squad.

  • Reflect on my life, plan for balance, and spend quality time with important people.

  • Become an Ironman Full Distance Triathlete in October 2024 in Calella, Barcelona.

My goal now is to continue my journey, share my experiences, and help others achieve a healthy lifestyle that enhances daily performance and extends their health span.
