You'll receive one-to-one coaching that combines personalised fitness instruction, nutritional guidance, and ongoing support. The flexibility of online coaching means you can access the programme from the comfort of your home or anywhere that suits your lifestyle.
Each week, you can participate in an interactive session that you can reflect on your progress, reset your mindset, and rebuild the habits that lead to a healthier and more fulfilling life. With regular check-ins and adjustments to your plan, you’ll stay motivated and accountable every step of the way.

Home Based Personal Training
This invigorating 45-minute 1:1 coaching session will effectively set you up for success and productivity in the day ahead. The intensity of the workout will be expertly adapted to align with your individual level of fitness, ensuring that you make progress to grow stronger and fitter over a relatively short period of time. These tailored sessions are available from Monday to Friday, providing convenient options from 0530 hours until 1400 hours.
For optimal comfort during your training, it is preferable to have combat sparring gloves or boxing gloves, as communal gloves are provided but may not be the most hygienic option; therefore, I would highly recommend that you invest in your own pair. All other necessary equipment will be supplied to support your session.
Additionally, you may wish to enhance and upgrade this package with a monthly nutrition plan or a comprehensive strength and resistance coaching plan, which you can conveniently follow at home or utilise at your local gym or club facility.

Charity Event Preparation
This comprehensive coaching plan is an absolute must for any first time participants who are training for or thinking about completing a sporting charity event.
Specializing in triathlons, swimming, cycling, or running, Jez possesses all the expertise and knowledge you need to successfully complete your chosen event. Utilising TrainingPeaks, your training sessions will be conveniently downloaded and meticulously monitored by Jez to ensure that your progress remains on target.
With a weekly check-in, you will feel fully supported and encouraged all the way to the finish line.
Additionally, you have the option to upgrade this package by incorporating nutritional support plans, strength and conditioning plans, as well as 1:1 online meetings to ensure that all aspects of your preparation are thoroughly covered.
